The pace of change in working life is fast and uncertain. The only way to keep up is to learn. There are better and worse ways to help adults learn on the job, and team leaders have a lot of influence to foster a culture of continuous learning.
This lesson will give team leaders an overview of how adults are as learners and what helps or hinders learning. Through a series of practical examples, you’ll get to reflect on the current status of learning in your team, create measurable goals, and get started on building meaningful, evidence-informed learning experiences.
